By engaging with our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully. Mobile Depot is a leading B2B mobile and tablet wholesale distributor based in Madrid, Spain. We supply new, refurbished, used, 14-day return and “as-is” mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches and related electronics to businesses worldwide. Our clients include retailers, wholesalers, e-commerce sellers, distributors, corporate buyers and resellers.

Eligibility and Business Use

Our platform is strictly for B2B use. By purchasing from Mobile Depot, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity. We do not sell directly to consumers or for personal use. All buyers must be registered businesses or sole traders with verifiable credentials. We reserve the right to request documentation to confirm your status.

Product Conditions and Grading

Mobile Depot specializes in supplying a wide range of mobile products in various conditions. These include:

Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT. Eligible goods are sold under the Marginal VAT Scheme where applicable.

We accept payments via bank transfer and in some cases, secure online gateways. Full payment must be received and cleared before dispatch of goods. Credit terms may be extended to eligible businesses following a successful credit check and written agreement.

Mobile Depot reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing and Stock Availability

Due to the fast-moving nature of our industry, stock availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Bulk mobile phone orders, especially for high-demand models like Apple, Samsung, or Xiaomi, are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee stock until payment has been confirmed.

Discounts may be available for large volume purchases. Please liaise with your account manager for the best rates on bulk cell phones or bulk tablets.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, with preferred logistics partners and flexible shipping options including tracked courier and freight forwarding. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase.

All deliveries are insured unless otherwise requested by the buyer. The risk passes to the buyer once the goods have been handed to the courier. It is your responsibility to inspect all deliveries upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies or damages within 24 hours.

Returns and Warranty

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

We offer limited warranties on selected refurbished and used devices. The warranty period and coverage will be disclosed at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs.

“As-Is” and “Grade C” devices are sold without warranty and are strictly non-returnable.

Buyback and Trade-In Program

Mobile Depot offers corporate buyback programs for used mobile devices. Devices must pass diagnostics testing and grading before a final offer is made. We reserve the right to adjust valuations after physical inspection. Buybacks are governed by separate terms agreed upon in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our liability for any claim relating to goods purchased shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant goods.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, product data and imagery displayed on our website and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Mobile Depot or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

Buyers are responsible for complying with import laws, mobile phone regulations and customs duties in their respective jurisdictions. Mobile Depot is not liable for goods held or delayed due to regulatory issues outside Spain.

For clients purchasing refurbished mobile phones wholesale or used mobile phones in bulk, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with data protection and electronic waste disposal laws in your operating region.

Recycling and Environmental Policy

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Mobile Depot promotes environmentally responsible practices through recycling and reusing electronics. Businesses are encouraged to take advantage of our bulk mobile phone recycling and refurbished smartphone procurement services to reduce e-waste and carbon footprint.

Confidentiality

All business dealings, pricing and communications between Mobile Depot and its clients are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose or distribute information regarding your transactions, pricing structures, or supply agreements without our written consent.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, transport delays, or governmental restrictions.

Termination of Agreement

Mobile Depot reserves the right to terminate business relations with any customer who:

Amendments

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid, Spain.
