Every device that passes through Mobile Depot goes through a thorough verification process to ensure full functionality and accurate grading. From screens and batteries to buttons and connectivity, we test and assess each unit so you know exactly what you’re buying. Our in-house team checks every item before dispatch and labels it by condition to align with our grading categories, whether that’s Grade A, B, C, refurbished, or returns. We also include supporting documentation when needed so that your stock is organised, resale-ready and easy to manage upon arrival.

Our Warranty Coverage
While not all wholesale stock is sold with warranty, especially returns or as-is lots, we do provide coverage on specific categories where applicable. For example, refurbished or fully tested Grade A stock may come with short-term warranties based on agreement at time of sale. We’re transparent from the start, so you’ll always know whether a warranty applies to your order before it ships.
All stock, regardless of warranty status, is tested and verified before dispatch. We stand behind the quality and condition grading of each item and in cases where something arrives significantly different than expected, our support team will work with you directly.
