Our Warranty Coverage

While not all wholesale stock is sold with warranty, especially returns or as-is lots, we do provide coverage on specific categories where applicable. For example, refurbished or fully tested Grade A stock may come with short-term warranties based on agreement at time of sale. We’re transparent from the start, so you’ll always know whether a warranty applies to your order before it ships.

All stock, regardless of warranty status, is tested and verified before dispatch. We stand behind the quality and condition grading of each item and in cases where something arrives significantly different than expected, our support team will work with you directly. We're focused on fairness, clarity and long-term trust, not just ticking boxes.
